Jeff Lindholm – COO of iCertainty and current CHAIR of the Retail Foodservice food safety consortium. Jeff is an expert in electronic food safety management systems.
Mario Seminara – Food Safety Works LLC. Mario is emeritus FDA and provides training, workshops, and presentations on various topics for the foodservice community, including food safety audits, ROP/HACCP, and ServSafe.
Chuck Catlin, R.S., M.P.A. – Food Safety RX – Chuck can create and implement risk control plans that mitigate and eliminate food safety concerns and employee injuries while enhancing food quality.
Consortium Members
Our invited members agree to further the consortium’s mission of a safer retail, foodservice, and small manufacturer food safety. Members have also agreed not to commercialize participation in the consortium.
Dr Brian Nummer, PhD. Dr. Nummer contributes food safety expertise on all subject matter and offers food safety education and resources via the Utah State University Food Safety Extension program.
Katie Das. Stand Assured. Katie has a group of food safety experts that seek to enable our customers to operate compliant and efficient facilities and produce high quality, consistent products.
Cara Evangalista. President. Impact Food Safety & Environmental Health Services offers a variety of services for food and beverage facilities such as operations assessment, implementation of programs, planning, and development.
